You'll be welcomed into a space just for families preparing for the birth of their little one, meeting live over Zoom from the comfort of your own home. Classes are kept small. Depending on the series, it might be just your family, or you alongside a couple of other families for the whole 4 weeks. Together we'll practice the tools and techniques that help you feel calmer, more confident, and ready for your birth.

Dates: 4 Wednesdays — July 8, 15, 22 & 29
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Where: Live on Zoom
Cost: $495 total
$100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot or pay in full (if your plans change, your deposit can be moved to a future series)
Remaining balance of $395 due one week before your first class
