Having a doula simply means you don't have to figure everything out on your own. I'm there to help you understand what's going on, remind you of your options, and offer calm, practical support through pregnancy, labor, and those first hours with your baby.

MY DOULA
philosophyI got into doula work after so many families from my Hypnobirthing classes asked me to be in the birth room with them. That's what led me to become a certified birth doula, so I could keep supporting families all the way through birth, not just in the classroom.
I'm also trained in the Body Ready Method®, so I can help you move and find positions that make labor feel more comfortable and help it progress.
I understand that every birth looks a little different, and my role is to be someone you can count on. I support families in hospitals, birth centers, and at home, and I adjust my approach to what feels right for you.

A doula workbook
2 prenatal visits to prepare for your birth, including an overview of birth physiology, plus movement and comfort techniques from my Hypnobirthing & Body Ready Method training
On-call support from 38–42 weeks
Text and phone support throughout pregnancy
