Birth Doula Support
It’s very common to want extra support as you get closer to birth, whether you’re expecting your first baby or hoping for a different experience this time. Having a doula simply means you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I’m there to help you understand what’s going on, remind you of your options, and offer calm, practical support through pregnancy, labor, and those first hours with your baby.
Every birth looks a little different, and my role is to be someone you can count on. I support families in hospitals, birth centers, and at home, and I adjust my approach to what feels right for you.

Doula support includes:
2 prenatal visits to help you prepare for your birth
On-call support from 38–42 weeks
Text and phone support throughout pregnancy
In-person support from active labor through the first couple of hours after birth
1 postpartum visit to check in and see how you’re doing
