Your Hypnobirthing Doula

I’m a certified Hypnobirthing educator, birth doula, and Body Ready Method Pro. For nearly five years, I’ve been helping mamas and their partners prepare for birth in a way that feels calm, informed, and supported, whether you’re birthing at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center.

I’m also a wife and a mom who has lived both sides of birth. I know what it feels like to go in without the right tools, and I know the difference it makes when you feel truly supported. My heart is in helping families feel confident, informed, and cared for as they get ready to meet their baby.
