Hypnobirthing Childbirth Classes

It’s completely normal to feel excited and a little nervous about your upcoming birth, whether you’re pregnant for the first time or hoping for a different experience this time around. My Hypnobirthing series helps ease those worries by giving you a clear understanding of what your body is doing in labor and simple tools that actually help. When you understand what’s happening, it’s much easier to trust your body and stay calm, which can make the whole experience feel more comfortable and less overwhelming.

This is a 4-week Hypnobirthing series, with each session lasting about 2.5 hours. You can join in person here in Simi Valley, CA. in a small, cozy group setting, or live on Zoom from anywhere. Private 1:1 sessions are also available if you prefer a more personalized experience.

Why Hypnobirthing Works

A lot of people think the hardest part of birth is the pain, but most of the time it’s the fear. When fear shows up, the body tenses and labor feels much harder. When you feel calm and supported, things tend to flow more easily — and that’s exactly what these classes help you practice.

What You’ll Learn

In this series, you’ll learn practical tools like:

  • breathing and relaxation techniques

  • comfort measures and birth positions

  • positive birth language and affirmations

  • mindset skills for releasing fear and staying calm and confident

  • partner support and advocacy

We practice everything together so it feels familiar when labor begins. These are skills you’ll take with you into parenthood and anytime stress shows up.

Why Start Now?

Confidence grows with practice. When you give yourself time to use the tools and try the techniques, they start to feel natural in your body. Starting earlier helps everything flow more easily, and you tend to feel calmer throughout pregnancy and as labor begins.
