Pregnancy can feel full in so many ways. Your body is changing, your mind is busy, and sometimes it’s hard to slow down.
These Pregnancy Relaxation sessions give you time to pause, connect with yourself and your baby, and share space with other mamas who are going through this season too. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease about your upcoming birth.
This is a single session, lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. We meet in my cozy zen den in Simi Valley, CA, with space for up to 5 mamas.

Hi, I’m Marlene Budde, a certified Mindset Coach and Hypnobirthing educator with over four years of experience supporting families as they prepare for birth. I know how powerful relaxation can be — not just in labor, but in everyday life. That’s why I created these sessions: to give mamas a place to slow down, connect with their babies, and nurture themselves before the beautiful transition into motherhood.
