Hypnobirthing: From Jitters to Joy

4-Week Birth Prep Course | In-Person (Simi Valley), Zoom, or Private

This is my full Hypnobirthing program. It includes everything you need to feel calm, informed, and ready for birth. We’ll cover how your body is designed to give birth, how to support the process as it naturally unfolds, and how to release fear using simple, practical tools. You’ll be learning in a small group setting, with your birth partner by your side the whole way {because this is something lovely that you can do together}.

Join in person, live on Zoom, or book a private series {whichever fits your schedule}.

Prenatal Relaxation Series

4-Week In-Person Sessions | Simi Valley, CA

This is a cozy space for mamas to slow down, breathe, and feel more connected to yourself, your baby, and your birth experience. Each week, we’ll ease some of the tension from the day, practice simple ways to relax, and talk through birth-related topics in a down-to-earth way.
 

We’ll end each session with a guided meditation so you leave feeling more settled and supported. It’s not a full Hypnobirthing course, but you’ll walk away with a few useful tools and a little more peace in your back pocket.

    • How relaxation helps in pregnancy, labor, and birth

    • What {oxytocin} is, why it’s helps make labor feel more manageable + how to support it in labor and birth

    • Ways your birth partner can be helpful

    • Knowing your rights in the maternity system

    • Weekly guided meditations to help ease stress

If you’re pregnant and feeling achy, off-center, or just unsure if your body’s truly ready for birth… this might be just what you need. In this one-on-one Body Ready Method® session, we’ll take a close look at how your body is moving, where it might be holding tension, and how we can support your comfort and alignment in a way that feels doable and personal.

You’ll walk away with a clear plan of simple movements to help you feel more at ease now… and more prepared for birth {and postpartum, too}.
